Note: Separate stallholder parking area is available. Pitches large enough for a vehicle to be kept on-pitch may be requested, but they may be further away from the arena.
Note: Pitches nearer the arena are noisier while attractions are in progress. If you require a stall away from the Arena, please request that here.

NO raffles, and NO bottle tombolas - please support the fete raffle.
Please consider donating a prize to the fete raffle, in return we will mention this in all the announcements and tell people where your stall is, advertise on the raffle notice, and of course thank you when the raffle is drawn by the Major which is done during the show.
We cannot supply tables, chairs or gazebos but you are welcome to bring your own
All sites have 5m frontage. Some are 5m depth others are 10m depth. Any tents/gazebos/cars MUST keep within your marked pitch area. 10m deep stalls are by request.
Organisers must comply with any legal requirements appropriate to their activity AND look after their own insurance requirements.
We have been advised by the agency running Bromley Parks all demountable structures (which includes marquees and gazebos), should be erected by a competent person and following the manufacturers instructions, and be secured to the ground sufficiently to withstand unexpected weather.
A suitable and sufficient risk assessment must be submitted by the trader.
If you wish to bring a generator this is by advance permission only. You will need to submit Public Liability Insurance certificate, and a Risk Assessment. Stalls using a generator are placed together at the North side of the field.
It is your responsibility to clear away your own stall & rubbish at the end of the fete. Please leave our recreation ground the way you found it.
Please clearly identify your stall - if you are supporting a charity please indicate this.
TIMINGS:
10am - Earliest access to the site
12:30 - Vehicular movement is now restricted on site. Please refrain from selling until this time.
1pm - Show & fete opens.
5pm - Show & fete closes. Vehicular movement is now permitted again. Please refrain from packing down your stall until this time.
Please do not arrive to set up your stall before 10am - we have to mark out the field and we cannot do this with stall holders present. YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON THE FIELD UNTIL

There is nowhere to wait outside in the road, so you will be moved on if you arrive early and have to drive back later.
There is a stallholders carpark on site. No cars or motorbikes can be moved between 12:30 & 5pm for safety reasons.
Caters are welcome and will be offered a fixed price. We are not inviting applications from Burgers, Sausages, Ice Cream or Hog Roasts thank you.
When you hit submit your details will be emailed to us for review, and if accepted we will email you back a payment link for your pitch.
